Return Instructions:- Fill out the appropriate return information on the "Return Authorization Form" included with your shipment.
- If you can not find your Return Authorization Form, please write your name, address, order information, the reason for the return, and the DVD(s) you are returning.
- Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items.
- Include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Use the pre-printed label on the return sheet or address the package yourself to:

- Please allow 2 - 4 business days for processing after we have received your return.
- After processing, you will receive an email detailing your return status.
Return Policy:- Your return shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped.
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective Items will be replaced with the same item only. NO refunds.
- ALL of the original packaging (case, booklets, liner notes, bonus discs, etc.) MUST be included.
- We do not pay for postage on returns. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping charges if an order is refused.
